REFUND POLICY

Returns

We only accept returns for:

  • Items damaged in shipment
  • Defective items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

We offer replacements for misprinted items only — no refunds are issued for misprints, only exchanges.

Items damaged in shipment or defective items are eligible for replacement in kind. We do not issue refunds for these cases.

Size Differences

We do not accept returns due to size differences. Because manufacturers do not adhere to universal sizing standards, we list all items with their manufacturer's sizing chart. Please refer to the specific sizing chart for each item before placing your order.

Return Policy Time Limit

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement for a defective or damaged item, please take a photo of the defect or damage and email the photos to wwkidsclothing@gmail.com. Once your request is accepted, we will issue a replacement item or refund. If you prefer a refund over a replacement, you must return the item as described in the Return Shipping section below.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting may take additional time
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've completed all of the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us at wwkidsclothing@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at wwkidsclothing@gmail.com and ship your item to:

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, mail your item to the address above. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
