SHIPPING POLICY

Overview

Wonder Wear Kids is a print-on-demand (POD) store. Most of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Approximately 90% of our products are available with custom designs, which are processed before being sent to the manufacturer for production and fulfillment.

Processing & Production Time

Because most of our products are made to order, please allow time for both customization and production before shipment:

  • Customized orders — Custom design processing takes 1–2 business days before being submitted to the manufacturer
  • Standard production — An additional 1–3 business days for manufacturing and preparation
  • Total estimated time before shipment — 2–5 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Clothing — Ships via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Mail (United States only)
  • Glassware — Ships via DHL
  • Hats — Ships via DHL or DHL Express

Order Tracking

Once your order has been prepared for shipment and assigned a tracking number, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

Select items ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations & Changes

Because our products are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested before your order is sent to production. Once an order has entered production, we have no control over the process and cannot cancel, modify, or stop the order. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at wwkidsclothing@gmail.com with your order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wonder Wear Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us.

Damaged in Shipment

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them to wwkidsclothing@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and tracking number. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Wonder Wear Kids is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at wwkidsclothing@gmail.com if you need to make a correction — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
